Job description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented full-time/ part-time Housekeeping Staff to join our team. The Housekeeping staff is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities of housekeeping as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other public areas.
  • Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.
  • Properly use and maintain cleaning products and equipment.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus but not required.
  • Working knowledge and proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Basic understanding of infection control protocols.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
