Hoodoo Moab is looking for an experienced Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys leading a team, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.Pay & Schedule$25.00 per hourFull-time positionWeekend and holiday availability requiredWhat You'll DoAs the Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee guest rooms, laundry operations, and public areas while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are consistently met.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, laundry, and public spacesEnsure all guestrooms and public areas are cleaned and stocked according to brand standardsMaintain positive guest relations through outstanding hospitality and serviceEnsure laundry operations are functioning properly and linens are cleaned according to health department standardsTrain housekeeping associates on proper cleaning techniques and safety proceduresCreate weekly staff schedules based on occupancy and business demandsAssign daily housekeeping boards and room assignmentsMaintain housekeeping inventory and order operational and in-room suppliesComplete quarterly linen inventoriesInspect rooms and report maintenance issues or deficiencies promptlyCoordinate with the front desk to ensure room statuses remain accurate and updatedReview housekeeping boards and payroll information with the Director of RoomsMaintain accurate lost-and-found records and assist with returning items to guests whenever possibleEnsure MSDS documentation remains current and accessibleAssist with cleaning guestrooms when neededWhat We're Looking ForPrevious housekeeping supervisor experience requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPositive attitude with a commitment to guest serviceTeam-oriented while also being self-motivatedAbility to communicate effectively with guests and team membersAbility to work in a physically demanding environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbsFrequent standing and walking throughout shiftsBending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pullingExposure to cleaning chemicalsAbility to clean guest rooms as neededJoin a team that values hard work, teamwork, and exceptional hospitality in one of Utah's most beautiful destinations.
