We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Entry Level Office Administrative Assistant to join our fast paced team! In this vital role, you will be supporting daily operations, ensuring that administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive environment, support our team, and enhance client communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a professional and welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and bookkeeping software.
  • Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members and clients with precision.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing Word processing materials to support daily operations.
