Job Description: Entry Level Office Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively. As an Office Assistant, you will work under the direct supervision of the Office Manager and provide support in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the office.
2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel, taking messages and providing basic information as needed.
3. Pick up mail from Longmont as needed.
4. Maintain and update office files, records, and databases, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
6. Complete general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
7. Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry, typing, and proofreading documents.
8. Assist with inventory management, including ordering office supplies, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating maintenance or repair of office equipment.
9. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including common areas.
10. Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.

Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent education.
