Position Title: Executive Assistant
This role sits at the center of leadership, operations, events and company culture. You'll work directly with a highly successful executive team, helping drive initiatives, coordinate high-profile events and ensure the business operates at a high level every day. This role is not only about managing schedules but also about being the face of the organization at various events. Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 / Year DOE
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal travel arrangements for executives and business partners
  • Oversee various administrative functions, including project management and financial accuracy
  • Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring seamless execution and representation
  • Assist in marketing efforts and client event planning
  • Support recruitment initiatives, including career fairs and travel arrangements
  • Maintain communication with executives, responding to after-hours messages when necessary
