Job description

Pacific Coast Trane is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career in IT, offering hands-on experience and room to grow.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Set up and configure hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting support to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues including updates.
  • Provide basic training on computer use and software applications.
  • Documenting processes and procedures used in troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to IT projects (such as migrations and/or software implementation(s).

Job Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of related experience or training
  • Organizational, communication, customer service & people skills required
  • Flexible to work overtime/weekends as required
