 Position: Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with 8–10 years of experience providing enterprise desktop support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing endpoint devices, deploying software and patches, and ensuring a secure and reliable desktop environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced desktop support for hardware, software, and operating system issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop incidents both onsite and remotely.

  • Deploy software, patches, and configuration updates using endpoint management tools.

  • Create and maintain standard desktop images and configurations.

  • Monitor endpoint health and resolve recurring issues through root cause analysis.

  • Manage workstation lifecycle, asset inventory, and software licensing.

  • Apply endpoint security controls and support vulnerability remediation.

  • Collaborate with Service Desk, Network, and Application teams.

  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
