Role Overview

Managing Director of Dell Tech Netherlands is responsible for leading our Dutch sales organisation into a modern, customer-centric, and data-driven salesforce to capture the addressable market in Netherlands as Dell customers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales leadership and coaching, transformation, and customer-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute a Modern Sales Strategy:

  • Create a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve customer excellence, team excellence, and operational excellence leveraging modern tools to drive revenue growth and customer success.
  • Align team activities with company goals and objectives and ensure a customer-centric approach to sales.

Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team:

  • Attract, retain, and develop a diverse and talented team of sales professionals who are equipped to succeed in a rapidly changing market.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and provide coaching and development opportunities to help team members achieve their full potential.

Drive Digital Transformation and Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy that leverages technology, data, and analytics to drive sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that the sales team has the tools, training, and support needed to succeed in a digital-first sales environment.

Customer Success and Experience:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders and ensure that the sales team is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute a customer success strategy that drives loyalty, retention, and growth.
