Maintenance Documentation Assistant
Onsite: S. Burlington, Vermont
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay starts: $25 - $28/hr +/- DOE
Benefits (medical, dental, vision) + paid holidays/paid vacation

The Maintenance Documentation Assistant will be responsible for:
  • Digitizing all necessary documentation and storing in electronic systems.
  • Preparing documentation for aircraft engine repair events.
  • Breaking down the completed engine work packages for supervisor approvals.
  • Review and update paperwork to ensure accuracy prior to filing.
  • Create CS orders.
  • Embrace and execute all other duties, as required, or assigned, including serving as back-up to other administrative staff. Training will be provided.
  • Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Criminal background check and compliance with FAA drug and alcohol screening are mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding time management abilities.
  • Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime as required in support of business.
