We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice (not corporate) dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care. We value teamwork, consistency, and creating positive experiences for both patients and staff. A large portion of our patients have been with us for decades. Our motto is that a relaxed atmosphere combined with a sense of humor goes a long way to keep the energy positive for staff and our patients.
We are seeking:
An organized person with a warm and welcoming personality to join our wonderful team. The right person would also be reliable and trustworthy.
1 year of dental office administration duties required. Ability to learn and put into practice Eaglesoft Dental platform for scheduling, treatment planning and adding data such as insurance details and family demographics.
You will be part of a two-person front office team. Hours are considered full-time, but stop times are somewhat flexible. Typically, Monday 8:30 – 5:00, Tuesday through Thursday 7:30 to 5:30. Salary is very competitive and based on your skill set.
