Job description

The Office Administrator / Receptionist position entails greeting visitors, answering and transferring calls, and completing need requests from those who contact the ministry for help and submitting them to appropriate mentor or supervisor in the Call Center. The Office Administrator / Receptionist would also provide basic office assistance as a member of the Operations Support Team.

Responsibilities:

- Answer phone and transfer calls to appropriate staff

- Take messages if necessary and maintain log of all incoming calls

- Greet visitors

- Provide basic office support including printing, copying, data entry, supplies

- Assist with special mailings

- Handles calls and walk-ins from public asking for assistance
