Job description

Position Summary:

The Admin Support / Receptionist staffs USTDAโ€™s primary reception areas and serves as the first point of contact for visitors, including senior government officials, foreign dignitaries, Congressional staff, and executives. The role manages visitor intake, badges, inquiries, and administrative support activities. This is a fully on-site GS-7 equivalent position requiring a Secret clearance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Staff and operate reception areas during business hours
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls professionally
  • Interact with highlevel government and international visitors
  • Coordinate transportation, parking, and visitor services
  • Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs
  • Coordinate building security access
  • Support conference room scheduling and meetings
  • Maintain reception area appearance and organization
  • Track office supply inventory
  • Perform general administrative support tasks
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred
  • 13 years of receptionist or office support experience
  • Active or obtainable Secret clearance
  • Proficiency with office software and equipment
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associateโ€™s or bachelorโ€™s degree
