Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Pay Rate: Up to $24.00/hour
LHH is partnering with a growing company in the Pittsburgh area to hire an Office Support Receptionist/Admin Assistant on a contract-to-hire basis. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong administrative, receptionist, and customer service experience who thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
