Make a Difference as Part of Our Human Services Team
Join our Human Services Department in a key support role where you'll help keep our agency running smoothly while providing a welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors, and community members.
As a Human Services Support & Reception team member, you'll provide administrative support across the department and serve as the agency's main receptionist. You'll enjoy a varied workday that combines organization, communication, data entry, and direct interaction with people.
What you'll do:
  • Provide administrative support, including word processing, data entry, file maintenance, and mail distribution.
  • Serve as the agency's main receptionist by answering incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate staff member, and warmly greeting clients and visitors.
  • Assist clients by directing them to their scheduled appointments and helping create a welcoming experience.
  • Enter and maintain Service Activity Logs accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain case files, including filing documents and creating new file volumes as needed.
  • Provide dependable day-to-day support to all units within the Human Services Department.
