Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a motivated Data Entry Clerk to assist with tracking procurements for a large infrastructure project in Los Angeles. Must have strong Excel skills. Responsibilities include preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting procurement items, processing vendor documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving discrepancies, maintaining operations by following policies and procedures, filing and other light administrative duties as needed, some knowledge of contract or labor compliance is helpful but not required, ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, and clerk typist background is a plus.

Requirements include strong Excel skills, solid math skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to self-audit, high school diploma required, college diploma preferred, 2+ years experience in data-entry required, 1+ years experience in construction industry preferred, payroll or accounting data experience a plus, strong interpersonal skills & organizational skills, active team player with positive attitude, high level of computer proficiency, and highly motivated.
