Summary:
  • You will work alongside three other clerks in the office.
  • This role involves fast-paced daily tasks such as data entry, back-office support, and answering customer calls.

  • Under general supervision, performs clerical work pertaining to all areas of the division's operating and commercial functions.

  • Prepares orders for purchasing and maintains records of same.
  • nswers customer inquiries both verbal and written; utilized the Customer Information Control System to electronically generate work orders as delineated in the Divisional CRT Utilization Procedures; contacts customers for arrangement of collection of amounts overdue and accept receipts.
