This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely processing of garnishments, which helps maintain compliance with legal requirements and supports our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Garnishment Processing:
  • Review and process various types of garnishments.
  • Compliance and Legal Requirements:
  • Ensure all garnishments are processed in compliance with legal guidelines.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and external agencies regarding garnishment-related matters.
  • Recordkeeping and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all garnishment orders and related communications.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to appropriate agencies.

Education:High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or garnishment processing.

Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
