Job description

We are seeking a Bi Lingual Spanish Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team!

You will perform Sales and Service to new and current clients in order to drive company success.An Insurance Customer Service Sales Representative answers policy and billing inquiries, resolves service issues, recommends and sells appropriate insurance products, and builds client relationships to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include educating customers on plans, processing policy adjustments, generating leads, managing client accounts, and coordinating with sales agents for complex or new sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Support:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Explain insurance policy details, coverage limits, and billing issues.
  • Process policy adjustments, renewals, and claims support.
  • Maintain customer records and document all interactions.
  • Sales & Business Development:

  • Sell new insurance policies for various needs (auto, home)
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and upselling
  • Previous experience working at an insurance agency
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
