What You’ll Do
  • Service existing Allstate clients (policy changes, billing, coverage questions)
  • Build strong relationships that drive retention and referrals

  • Identify coverage gaps and write additional policies when appropriate
  • Assist with renewals, endorsements, and account reviews
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
  • Deliver a high level of professionalism and care on every interaction
Who We’re Looking For
  • Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)
  • Prior insurance or customer service experience strongly preferred
