Position: AMFAM Customer Service Representative Location: Blaine, MN

ยท Competitive Compensation: Base hourly is $23 to $28 hourly + Commission + Bonus opportunities

ยท Work-Life Balance: Monday through Thursday: 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, Friday: 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Service-Related:

ยท Deliver personalized, professional customer service experiences by building trust and developing strong customer relationships.

ยท Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products following established agency processes and procedures.

ยท Drive customer satisfaction by adhering to American Star best practices: Personal Insurance Review, rate revision notification, and claims process.

ยท Process changes to existing accounts and policies.

ยท Assist customers with claims by directing them to the appropriate Claims Department contacts and resources and follow up to ensure customer needs are addressed.

Sales-Related:

ยท Participate in reviews of existing coverages and advise customers regarding policy options.

ยท Estimate and quote policy premiums in compliance with underwriting guidelines.

ยท Identify cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions and take appropriate action.

ยท Contact appropriate business partners for guidance when needed.

Education & Experience:
