Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to existing clients.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to attract new customers once licensed.
  • Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent communication.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.

Requirements
  • Must have an active Property and Casualty License
  • Willing to obtain a Life license within 60 days.
  • Must have previous Allstate, State Farm, or American Family service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong computer skills.
  • Proficient in navigating and utilizing features of agency-specific software platforms.
