Jada Ashbacher Allstate Insurance Agency is seeking an ambitious, outgoing, and career-oriented P&C licensed CSR/Sales professional to join our growing team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers protect what matters most, and growing within a fast-paced insurance agency.

We are looking for someone with sales experience, insurance experience, and strong customer service skills who is confident on the phone, motivated to produce, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.

What youll do
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
  • Market appropriate insurance products and services
  • Build new customer relationships and maintain existing client accounts
