Experienced Insurance Professional Wanted

Coast to Coast Insurance Group of Florida is a growing Allstate agency seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Florida.

Located in Pineda Commons Plaza near Sprouts Farmers Market, our agency is committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in servicing personal lines insurance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
  • Process policy updates and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct policy reviews and identify customer needs
  • Support retention and renewal efforts
