We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join a growing HVAC team!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle 70+ incoming calls per day
  • Schedule HVAC service appointments
  • Enter customer and job details accurately
  • Coordinate with dispatch and office staff
  • Handle reschedules, cancellations, and updates
  • Follow up with customers and provide excellent service
  • Stay organized while managing multiple tasks

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable handling high call volume
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional and friendly phone manner
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Basic computer skills
  • HVAC, dispatch, appointment scheduling, or ServiceTitan experience is a plus!
