Responsibilities will include:
Answering phone calls

Calling current customers You will proactively call our customers with payment reminders and other concerns.
Customer service Your primary role will be working with our customers on their insurance needs such as sending them insurance documents, taking payments and making requested changes.
Maintaining client relationships Reviewing current policies with current customers to ensure they are happy with their experience and policy form our office.
