Job description

Take the next step in your career as our new Aldi Customer Service Representative (Remote) to maintain accurate records and documentation, work collaboratively across teams and departments, and coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Other duties include adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, assist with processing returns and exchanges, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, along with follow safety procedures and company policies, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, provide excellent service to customers and team members, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep.

To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
