Customer Service Representative

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can deliver excellent support and create positive experiences for customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and solving problems efficiently. The position focuses on handling customer inquiries related to pool services and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care. The company operates in the residential service industry and has experienced steady growth in recent years by focusing on reliable service delivery and strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone calls, text messages, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with questions related to pool services, scheduling, and service updates
