Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Part-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift (opportunity to grow into full-time)

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate service requests, dispatch technicians, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

Experience with Service Titan is a plus

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on customer needs and technician availability

Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion

Provide customers with clear status updates and resolve issues promptly

Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatch logs, and customer interactions

Utilize Service Titan software to manage work orders and documentation

Handle emergency and urgent requests with urgency and care

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve operations and customer satisfaction
