A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER

As a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you are the key to keeping our customers happy and informed. You interact with customers to ensure that their HVAC and plumbing issues are correctly identified and that the appropriate services and technicians are scheduled and dispatched. When issues and concerns come up, you professionally and patiently handle them, finding various resolutions and answering questions.
