Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and concerns with warmth and efficiency.

Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies, coverage details, and billing information.

Process policy changes, payments, and new applications accurately.

Document all customer interactions and resolutions clearly in our system.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.


Requirements

Property and Casualty license preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance available.

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Comfortable using various computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with challenging customer situations.
