Responsibilities
  • Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction with follow-up appointments
  • With your keen attention to detail, youll be assisting clients with policy changes, updating client information, and scheduling appointments
  • Use your savvy skills to cross-selling and rounding out client accounts
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in educating and advising clients on their policies

Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty license is required. If you don't currently have a license, you must be willing to obtain it.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • A team player who is goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Tech-savvy, with basic computer software knowledge, and self-starter with the ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
