Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – Allstate Agency

John Thompson - Allstate Agency located in Newman, GA is hiring a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative who knows how to sell — not just take orders. This is an in-office position designed for a self-motivated closer who values real conversations, builds rapport quickly, and confidently overcomes objections to close business.


Prior Allstate experience, sales team leader and/or sales trainer experience is strongly preferred. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:

  1. Must have an active Georgia Property & Casualty license.
  2. Must be able to commute to our agency office located at 37 Calumet Pkwy, Ste F103, Newnan, GA 30263.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.
