Job description

Hupp Family Agencies is hiring an experienced Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative who can confidently assist customers in both English and Spanish.

This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who already understands personal lines insurance and can handle customer service responsibilities such as policy changes, billing questions, renewals, documentation, retention, and account follow-up.

This is not an entry-level insurance position. Insurance customer service experience is required, and previous Allstate experience is strongly preferred. An active Property and Casualty license is preferred; however, we may consider a highly qualified insurance professional who is able to obtain one promptly.

You will join a busy, growing insurance agency where accuracy, responsiveness, accountability, and genuine customer care matter. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of customer needs, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and work effectively with both our sales and service teams.

Compensation starts at approximately $50,000 annually, with final compensation based on licensing, relevant insurance experience, and qualifications. Bonus opportunities may also be available.

If you are bilingual, experienced in insurance, and ready to become an important part of a growing agency, we would like to hear from you.
