We invest in your growth with ongoing training, opportunities for advancement, and a culture built on professionalism, dependability, and integrity. If you're looking for a career with a stable, established company where your skills are valued and your future is supported, AAA Service is the place to be.

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped performance-based bonuses and commission - your earning potential is directly tied to your success.
  • Weekly pay - every Friday is payday!
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and your family.
  • Company-matched 401(k).
  • Paid holidays, plus accrued vacation and sick time.
  • Comprehensive training in customer service, sales, and communication to help you maximize your success.
  • A fun, fast-paced, performance-driven environment that recognizes and rewards top performers.
  • Clear opportunities for career advancement within a respected, established company.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the first voice homeowners hear when they contact AAA Serviceโ€”and you'll play a key role in helping them find the right solutions for their home. This is more than a customer service position; it's an opportunity to build relationships, make a positive impact, and earn performance-based bonuses by converting inbound calls into scheduled appointments. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by unlimited earning potential, this is the role for you. Success in this position requires exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the confidence to build trust, identify customer needs, and guide homeowners toward scheduling the services that best fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, confidence, and a sense of urgency while creating a positive first impression of AAA Service.
  • Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and educate them on the value of AAA Service to confidently secure service appointments.
  • Convert inbound calls into booked appointments by using consultative selling techniques, asking effective questions, and overcoming customer objections.
  • Maximize every customer interaction by identifying opportunities to schedule services and increase booking conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance goals for appointment booking, call conversion, revenue opportunities, and call quality.
  • Utilize company scripts, sales processes, and CRM systems consistently to provide a seamless customer experience and drive results.
  • Accurately document customer information, appointment details, and call outcomes in company systems.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to unsold estimates, missed appointments, and previous customers to recover opportunities and generate additional bookings.
  • Review completed work orders and invoices for accuracy, ensuring all customer and payment information is properly documented.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey from the initial call through completed service.
  • Maintain a positive, goal-oriented mindset while contributing to individual, team, and company sales objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience.
  • Sales experience strongly preferred.
  • A proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently schedule appointments.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working toward individual performance metrics and booking goals.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn multiple software systems.
  • Home service industry experience (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or Sewer & Drain) is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
