Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations.
