We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented P&C licensed Customer Service professional to join our team. Insurance experience is preferred.

You must have excellent customer service experience. You will be speaking with customers on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.
