We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented P&C licensed Customer Service Representative/Sales Professional to join our team. Sales and insurance experience is required. You must have excellent customer service experience. You will be speaking with customers on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
