Seneca holds the largest share of the retail private label, food service, and export canned vegetable markets, distributing to over 90 countries. Products are also sold under the brands of Libby's®, Aunt Nellie's®, READ®, Seneca Farms®, Green Valley®, CherryMan®, Paradise®, Pennant®, and Seneca labels, including Seneca snack chips.

Seneca also provides vegetable products to other companies under various co-pack arrangements.Seneca Foods in Janesville, WI is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team.Reponsibilities:Sales Order review and processing.Investigate Sales Order status and provide feedback.Make Sales Order changes as needed/requested.Issue Customer concerns for various issues.Create and maintain customer profiles.Identify Master Data issues as related to Sales Order entry and adivse of issues.Elevate customer issues to Management to assist in resolution.Initiate information requests.Respond to additional customer, broker and sales inquiries.Back-up to teammates when they are out of office.Qualifications:General office experience with emphasis on order processing or data entry.Must be professional, communicate effectively.Must be a self-starter and team player.Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized.Experience in SAP or other ERP systems, Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook) perferred.Seneca Foods Corporation is committed to providing equal opportunity for all, through a positive and continuing affirmative action program.
