Join our team of I.T professional's who help move our community forward! The Jr Systems Administrator is an essential member of the team that provides support to keep our I.T department up and running.
The Jr Systems Administrator will keep Adelante's systems, hardware, and software functioning by providing tech support with computers, cell phones and other technology as well as programs and software used in the daily work of our office staff.
This position also offers an amazing growth and learning opportunities which include Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint support, safeguarding sensitive data in compliance with industry standards, and compliance with data protection standards.
What You Will Do:
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets, system alerts, and direct requests from Adelante staff.
  • Support users in a Windows and Windows Server enterprise environment.
  • Ability to work in our Microsoft Active Directory Environment.
  • Maintain asset inventory and manage mobile devices via Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Collaborate with the IT team to document, update and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Information Technology and Telecommunications

Schedule & Pay:
Job Type: Full-Time Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm.
Pay From: Starting at $24.00 DOE.

Requirements
  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of experience working in a Microsoft Windows Active Directory environment, providing technical support and customer service
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with Adelante staff, and communicate technical information in a clear, non-technical manner.

  • Other Requirements : Must pass pre-employment drug and TB screen, and Agency, Federal and State Department of Health background investigations. Must have own, reliable transportation and an insurable driving record. Must possess a valid NM driver's license, and proof of auto liability insurance. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, perform keyboarding/typing functions, lift 50 lbs frequently. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, push/pull, carry occasionally.

Salary Description
$24.00 hourly.
