Customer Service Admin Job Summary

Our company is currently seeking ​a Customer Service Admin to join our team!

We are looking for someone that is able and willing to provide support to our business in general. You will field phone calls and emails, process and file paperwork. When necessary, you will also assist with other company departments. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Customer Service Admin Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries.
  • Assist in resolving complaints.
  • Assist in escalating complex or unresolved cases.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, letters, memos, and reports.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties.
  • Answer phones and emails from clients and vendors.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating both physical and digital filing systems.
