Job description

Customer Service Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Admin to support our Customer Service team. In this role, you will manage customer orders, maintain accurate records in the ERP system, assist with order tracking, process returns and quotes, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, or support experience
  • Data Entry and Excel are required
  • Manufacturing environment experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; degree is a plus
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain customer orders and returns in ERP systems
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
  • Generate reports and analyze data using Excel
  • Process change requests and customer correspondence
  • Screen and route incoming customer service calls
  • Support team members and assist with special projects as needed
