Position Overview

The Credit & Collections Manager will oversee the company’s credit, collections, and accounts receivable functions. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing customer credit risk, driving timely collections, reducing DSO, and supporting healthy cash flow. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve billing issues and ensure strong customer account management.
