Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of CRO & Merchandising owns the ongoing optimization of LiveMomentous.com. This role is responsible for increasing conversion, AOV, subscription adoption, and revenue by improving how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products. This role leads our experimentation program, owns site merchandising, identifies opportunities throughout the customer journey, and partners crossโ€‘functionally to turn insights into measurable business impact.

This isn't a campaign or launch role, it's about making the website better every day.

Responsibilties: Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Own the CRO strategy, testing roadmap, and experimentation program
  • Develop, prioritize, analyze and report out on A/B tests
  • Use customer behavior and analytics to identify optimization opportunities
  • Drive improvements in conversion rate, revenue per visitor, AOV, and subscription performance
Customer Insights & Analytics
  • Analyze customer behavior using GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analysis
  • Identify friction across the shopping journey and prioritize improvements
  • Measure performance, communicate insights, and build dataโ€‘backed business cases
Process & Innovation
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and scale ecommerce operations
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve team productivity
Qualifications:
  • 5 - 7+ years of ecommerce experience with ownership of a CRO or ecommerce optimization program
  • Deep Shopify Plus experience
  • Proven success increasing ecommerce performance through experimentation and merchandising
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX, and ecommerce best practices
  • Experience with GA4, heatmapping tools, A/B testing platforms, and analytics (Heatmap.com, Microsoft Clarity, Intelligems, etc.)
  • Comfortable partnering with developers, designers, marketers, and product teams
