Job Description

Title: Contracts Associate
Location: Cambridge, MA

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

OBJECTIVE

Conducts entry level contract administration for Clinical Development related contracts

Data entry and management of contracts into Ariba system

Management of Sharepoint site permissions and content

Supports global site budget and contract development, management, and finalization

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Data entry and management of contracts into Ariba system

Manages Sharepoint site permissions and content

Creates status reports and maintain data sources

Ensures compliance with internal timelines, metrics, and processes

Special projects as needed

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

BA/BS or equivalent experience (3+ years direct industry contracting)

Proven problem solving skills

Strong analytical skills and detail orientation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
