Job description

Job Title: Agiloft Developer / Agiloft Configuration Specialist
Location: Alameda, CA
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agiloft Developer to design, configure, and support enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and workflow automation solutions using the Agiloft platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Agiloft configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and CLM processes, with the ability to translate

business requirements into scalable and efficient enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Agiloft CLM solutions based on business and operational requirements.
  • Configure and maintain Agiloft tables, fields, forms, knowledge bases, actions, and business rules.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation, approval processes, notifications, escalations, and task routing.
  • Develop and support integrations between Agiloft and enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and other third-party systems.
  • Utilize REST APIs, SOAP services, and web services for data exchange and system connectivity.
  • Customize user interfaces, forms, dashboards, and reports within the Agiloft platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, configurations, scripts, integrations, and system performance.
  • Perform data migration, data mapping, and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, legal teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and support documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to security standards, role-based access controls, and governance requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 10 years of overall IT experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on the Agiloft platform.
  • Strong experience with Agiloft configuration including:
    • Tables
    • Fields
    • Forms
    • Knowledge Bases
    • Actions
    • Business Rules
    • Workflow Automation
  • Experience implementing and supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, business process automation, and approval workflows.
  • Experience with JavaScript and/or Agiloft scripting.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP, and web services.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Agiloft with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, DocuSign, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of contract management processes including drafting, review, approvals, renewals, and compliance tracking.
  • Experience with enterprise security models and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Familiarity with BPM and workflow automation best practices.
  • Experience with data migration and system implementation projects.
