Indotronix is looking to hire an Agiloft Administrator - Remote Work for a contract role
 
Pay rate from $18 - $20.90/hour
 
DESCRIPTION
The Agiloft Administrator and support specialist works under the supervision of the Director, Corporate Systems and is responsible for the support, maintenance, and optimization of the Agiloft CLM application. The administrator will be expected to troubleshoot all Agiloft system and integration issues, configure minor enhancements, and collaborate with vendors, business owners, and internal teams.
 
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting Agiloft application integrated in an Information System landscape.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), system testing, and change control processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
• Support and maintain the Agiloft application by executing system configuration, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Administer user licenses assignment and termination
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams to implement resolutions..
• Manage implementation of new functionalities, including coordinating testing, validation, and deployment into production.
• Perform Risk Analysis of SaaS release whitepaper, identify and implement mitigation actions (configurations changes…) needed to ensure solution stability and identify regression testing to be executed
• Ensure adherence to change management and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, internal quality policies).
