Job description

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to provide immediate support for a busy legal and compliance function in Roswell, Georgia. This Contract position will focus on managing a large volume of agreement reviews across a research and development environment, with work involving commercial, employment, confidentiality, and manufacturing documents. The ideal candidate is comfortable working onsite, able to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and confident handling legal research and contract redlining in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
• Review, revise, and process a high volume of contracts while maintaining accuracy and turnaround expectations.
• Analyze and mark up agreements such as NDAs, employment documents, commercial contracts, and manufacturing-related arrangements.
• Support legal and compliance activities connected to regulated products and related business operations.
• Examine contract terms for risk, consistency, and adherence to internal standards and applicable requirements.
• Conduct legal and business research to assist with contract interpretation and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify agreement details, gather information, and move documents through review.
• Track contract status and maintain organized records within the company’s contract management system.
• Provide interim support to help reduce backlog and keep contract workflows moving efficiently.• Demonstrated experience in contract administration, contract review, and redlining.
• Strong background working with NDAs, employment agreements, commercial contracts, and similar legal documents.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong judgment when reviewing contractual language.
• Familiarity with compliance-related contract considerations and regulated business settings.
• Experience using contract lifecycle management or document tracking systems, including tools such as Agiloft, is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
