Job description

  • Prepares and reviews company contracts to ensure all follow EOG Policies 
  • Coordinates with Legal and Risk Management departments when necessary
  • Build and maintain spreadsheet for on-going and completed MSA's and SSA's 
  • Request and review Insurance Certificates
  • Run Insurance Certificate report for Unapproved/Expired/Approved vendors for the Division
  • Name and Address application setting up new vendors/update existing vendors 
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

  • Qualifications Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and to communicate/interact across the Division with operational and field personnel as well as corporate teams
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and teamworking skills
  • Aptitude to suggest and implement process improvements to increase effectiveness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment, flexible with the demands of an active division
  • Self-motivated with proven leadership skills, team player, and dedicated to team collaboration
  • Strong communication skills
  • Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience
 
Preferred Skills
  • Minimum 1+ years Oil & Gas experience preferred but not a requirement
  • Able to multitask and meet stringent deadlines
  • Flexible to work overtime when necessary
  • Proficient in Excel/Word
  • Knowledge of Agiloft and Concur
