Job Description
The dotCMS Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-level content management solutions using the dotCMS platform. The architect works closely with development teams, providing guidance on best practices, integration strategies, and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of dotCMS implementations for web and digital solutions.
  • Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solutions.
  • Develop integration strategies with third-party systems, APIs, and legacy platforms.
  • Establish standards for coding, deployment, and system maintenance to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Mentor and support developers, reviewing code and assisting with troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Stay current with dotCMS updates and industry best practices to recommend improvements and new features.

Qualifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing solutions with dotCMS or similar CMS platforms.
