You:

  • Drive outcomes with urgency but with structure
  • Push respectfully when hiring managers are overloaded
  • Insert yourself into operations to understand roles, not just job descriptions
  • Track performance and hold yourself accountable to numbers
  • Remain calm and balanced in a fast-paced, innovative build-the-plane-while-flying-it environment
  • Value culture and understand that not every talented candidate is the right fit

At Ace Electric, culture is intentional. We protect it carefully. We hire leaders who are serious about people, collaboration, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as team lead, coordinating recruitment efforts for the leadership recruiting team
  • Lead full-cycle executive recruiting for mission-critical, industrial, and commercial leadership roles
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates
  • Build competitor market maps and long-term talent pipelines
  • Present vetted candidates directly to senior and executive-level hiring managers
  • Refine recruiting performance metrics and reporting dashboards
  • Provide market insight and compensation feedback to HR leadership
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable employment regulations

Occasional travel to divisions and the home office is expected for relationship building and in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of executive or leadership-level recruiting experience
  • Construction, mission-critical, data center, industrial, or complex project recruiting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable hiring results
  • Strong sourcing expertise using modern ATS and recruiting platforms
  • High business acumen and professional judgment
  • Relocation to Atlanta, Valdosta (GA), or Ohio (Columbus) is required.

  • Performance-based bonus structure tied to company and individual performance

We are not simply filling roles.
We are building leadership capacity to build America.
