A construction recruiter is responsible for finding talent and staffing a variety of positions for multiple companies or one large business, for a region or the construction industry as a whole. In this position, you seek a quality candidate looking for a career as an electrician, plumber, foreman, carpenter, and other construction-related trades, under your client’s timeline and with recruiting targets in mind. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with management to build and execute cutting-edge strategic plans to improve processes such as screening and hiring efficiency. They regularly communicate to align on candidate profiles, coordinate interviews, and provide market insights on talent availability. This collaboration ensures that recruitment efforts are targeted and efficient, helping projects stay on schedule and within budget.
