In this position, you seek a quality candidate looking for a career as an electrician, plumber, foreman, carpenter, and other construction-related trades, under your client’s timeline and with recruiting targets in mind. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with management to build and execute cutting-edge strategic plans to improve processes such as screening and hiring efficiency. Other duties include completing reports, keeping detailed notes on the CRM, tracking KPIs, and determining ROI on marketing strategies. Some employers require you to attend industry meetings to network with construction professionals and continue learning new recruiting strategies.
