SUMMARY:
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract, source, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience that aligns with company culture.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for recruiting qualified candidates for open positions within the company
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Create, maintain, and engage an active pipeline of potential future candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring consistency and fairness in the process
  • Represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, and on-campus activities to promote the employer brand
  • Train hiring managers in skill and behavioral based interviewing tools and techniques
  • Manage the offer process, including background screenings, reference checks (if needed), and compensation recommendations
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while ensuring internal customers (hiring managers) have the level of service needed to staff their roles
  • Manage HRIS applicant tracking system
  • Determine appropriate job board posting strategy with hiring managers and coordinate efforts.
  • Act as liaison with third party recruiters when necessary.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve recruiting effectiveness
  • Research and stay abreast of industry recruiting trends
  • Develop, track, update, and report on recruiting KPI(s)
  • Communicate and track the employee referral program.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred
  • 1-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop a strong knowledge of all positions in the company
  • Basic understanding of the company's organizational structure
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and sourcing techniques

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
  • Available for occasional travel to recruiting events, career fairs, or job sites
  • Construction recruiting experience, a plus
  • Experience with employer branding or social media recruiting strategies
  • Must be able to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
